Just a quick update - the family did make it to the beach, and are continuing to enjoy it.
Jack sounded good when I talked to him. He had been up a couple mornings to see the sunrise, is sleeping well, and is looking forward to the kids coming back in the next couple of days to join him and Anita at the beach.

Dear ones, I am picuring you at Hilton Head, watching the sun come up like thunder, outa' China, cross the bay!
Love and hugs, Julie and Bill Mason
Dear Jack and Anita,
I was so glad to hear you got to go to Assembly. What a blessing you must have been to old and new friends and the newly appointed missionaries! I'm glad you are going to the beach with your family. That will be so refreshing for all of you.
We pray for you daily.
Love, Sibyl Mason
Dear Jack and Anita,
It doesn't get much better than to be at the beach, with family, and to see those gorgeous sunrises. We missed this wonderful year of the CBF and seeing you all there. (Joel enjoyed some great hunting in Argentina and I spent the week with our Jessica at the beach.)
We hold you in our hearts and prayers.
With love, Ingrid and Joel
Jack, tell the truth! Did you and Anita watch any submarine races while at the beach?
Herman
Dear Jack,
So good to see your smiling face on the blog. Please know that you and Anita are in our prayers and that we love you both. Ours days with y'all at HAB were some of the very best. Just thinking about them brings a smile to my face. Love, Marty & Betty Dickens
